Crepes & Churros D’France has been added as the newest dessert shop in The Shoppes of Campus Town. Carlo Ramos is the son of the dessert shop’s owner and one of the two general managers, along with Omar Gomez. Ramos commented on the successes the dessert restaurant has had since opening.

The College welcomed a new restaurant to its associated Campus Town shops in December. Arooga’s Grille House and Sports Bar, which originated in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania in 2008, is now open in over 20 locations throughout the eastern United States.

Since the announcement of the solar panel project, there have been some unforeseen circumstances forcing the project into a delayed timeline. Parking lots that were closed one day were re-opened on another and closed back down the next day.

Jersey Mike’s is a New Jersey staple for submarine sandwiches, with approximately two thousand franchise locations across the United States. The Shoppes at Campus Town, directly outside of the College’s campus, gave Jersey Mike’s another homecoming with a new location, which opened on Feb. 2.
