Pacific Coast pop group captures crowd at Concert Series

Heads up! This article was imported from a previous version of The Signal. If you notice any issues, please let us know.

Seattle-based indie rockers Barcelona raked in the largest crowd of the WTSR-Lions Television (LTV) Concert Series since its induction, playing to a crowd of more than 65 students, a dramatic turnaround after a poorly attended Justin Levinson show two weeks ago. The four-piece band delighted the audience packing the Kendall Hall television studio with renditions of 'Trees' and 'Lesser Things' off their 2007 release 'Absolutes.' The throng of students moved in time with the group's danceable brand of West Coast pop. The next installment of the WTSR-LTV Concert Series will take place on April 30, featuring the alternative rock band Counterfeit Disaster, the newest project from ex-Coheed and Cambria drummer Josh Eppard.
