According to an e-mail sent on Jan. 30 from the office of Residence Education and Housing to residents of the Townhouses Complex, the installation of a new window alarm system initiated last semester is near completion. When finished, the alarm system will be capable of notifying Campus Police in the event of a break-in. Residents are advised to avoid tampering with the screens in order to prevent false alarms.
