A shooting on campus was reported to police this morning. The campus community was notified via an e-mail at 6:38 a.m. A second e-mail, sent at 7:43 a.m., confirmed that campus police were looking into the situation and urged residents to stay in their current locations. At 8:01 a.m., a third e-mail stated the alleged shooting took place at Travers Hall, a freshman dormitory.
