Upon arrival he met with a Community Advisor, who said that one of his residents was vomiting. As they climbed the stairwell to find her, the officer made note of vomit on the stairs.

The resident in question explained that she had attended an off-campus party celebrating the production of "The Vagina Monologues" where she drank beer and vodka. After Lion's EMS arrived to treat her, she was issued a summons for underage consumption of alcoholic beverages.

On Feb. 18, a Campus Police officer went to Centennial Hall after a report of an intoxicated female. There he met with residential staff and Lion's EMS, who told him that the resident had vomited in the hallway and in the bathroom before passing out in her room.

The officer knocked on her door loudly, but heard no response from inside. He then entered the room to check on her.

She was unresponsive when questioned about her condition and whether she had been drinking. When she woke up, she was disoriented and her speech was slurred as she answered questions.

She also smelled strongly of alcohol. She admitted to the officer that she had been drinking rum. Eventually she was unable to sit upright and became less responsive to questioning.

She was transported to the hospital and a summons for underage possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages was written to be issued later.
