On Tuesday, Aug. 29, at 9:30 p.m., a Campus Police officer spotted a man inside his parked truck on the second level of Lot 6. The officer was in the middle of his patrol when the man exited his vehicle and proceeded to urinate on the eastern wall of the garage.

The officer immediately told the man to stop what he was doing, and the man complied. The officer kept the man in the back of his police car while the situation was documented. The man later received a summons to appear in court.

On Thursday, Aug. 25, at approximately 8:15 a.m., three college students were stopped as they were walking back to campus after a noise complaint from a nearby resident. According to the Campus Police officers dispatched, two of the students smelled strongly of alcohol and exhibited slurred speech.

When asked if they had been drinking, the two denied it, but the officers were able to determine that they were drunk, and also that they were minors. The two students were issued summonses to appear in the Ewing Township Court for the charge of possession of alcoholic beverages.

The Ewing Township Police investigated several other noise complaints by neighbors of rental houses populated by College students. Several parties were broken up as a result.

Campus Police was dispatched to the Brower Student Center on Thursday, Aug. 25 at 11:15 a.m. after a female student reported seeing a suspicious person. The person was described as a black male in his 20s wearing a black T-shirt and gold shorts. The student had previously reported that the person harassed her on Monday, Aug. 21.

During the previous incident, the suspect, along with another male, ran up to her, touched her hair, cursed at her and fled.

After searching the area, police officers were unable to find the suspect.

Campus Police arrived at Ely Hall on Wednesday, Aug. 30 at 1:30 a.m. after a report of a sick male. They found the young man vomiting into a toilet in the men's bathroom of the third floor of the building.

The young man, who was underage, admitted to having consumed seven to nine shots of hard liquor, including rum, Southern Comfort and J?germeister. When asked where he got the alcohol, the young man said he had been to several parties on campus, but would not give specific information.

The student was declared coherent enough to be released by Lions EMS staff, but was charged with possession of alcoholic beverages and issued a summons to appear in Ewing Township Court.
