Heads up! This article was imported from a previous version of The Signal. If you notice any issues, please let us know.

The presidential campaign is already getting heated and President and Republican candidate George W. Bush and Democratic candidate John Kerry are vehemently denying that they have anything in common. Their principles, their policies and their personalities are worlds apart.

However, two genealogists have backtracked both Bush's and Kerry's family histories. What did they come up with? They're cousins.

Kerry and Bush both have ties to Charlemagne, Walt Disney and Marilyn Monroe.
