To the Editor:
I thought I had endured every injustice this school could throw at the student body. The logo, the transformative change, flushing money down the toilet paying a consulting firm, TESS, poor management, inefficiency. But upon walking back to my room in Decker Hall on a lovely Earth Day evening, I discovered that half the trees in front of the building were no more. That's right folks, the College decided to cut down trees on Earth Day. Never mind that this same college sponsors organizations such as S.A.F.E and Water Watch, which just last evening had members chalking the sidewalks with Earth Day promotions. As with every endeavor this institution attempts, the end result is a public display of hypocrisy. In my opinion, this little blunder takes the cake.
