Campus Police observed two white males falling and staggering while crossing over C St. onto J St. at 1:20 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 26.
Campus Police pulled onto J St. and approached the two men. Upon confronting them, they noticed a strong odor of alcohol emanating from them.
The two were asked to provide identification. Both said that they were coming home from a party and were under the age of 21. They were then taken into custody and informed that they were under arrest.
At this time, a gym bag that one of the two was carrying was checked because a strong odor of alcohol was emanating from it. Campus Police found two 40-ounce bottles of St. Ides beer, one of which was shattered.
The two were taken to Campus Police, issued summonses and then escorted back to Wolfe Hall by a Campus Police officer.
When they arrived near Wolfe Hall at 2:40 a.m., one of the men started to walk towards C St. and Campus Police informed him to go with his friend to his room in Wolfe.
The man then walked to the entrance of Wolfe and said that they cost him money and he was going to go kill himself. At this time Campus Police ordered him several times not to enter the building or else he would be charged with trespassing. However, he proceeded into the building.
Campus Police stopped him on the steps between the first and ground floors, however, the man continued to resist by grabbing onto the railing.
As Campus Police tried to place handcuffs on him, he began to pull away. He was taken to the ground with use of a wrist-lock, and, as he continued to fight the handcuffs, the Campus Police officer sprayed him with Oleoresin Capsicum solution. Still resisting, he was put in the handcuffs and transported to Campus Police.
He was treated for the affects of the spray, processed, issued another summons and released into the custody of his father.

A 19-year-old student was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and issued a warrant summons for intent to distribute or disperse marijuana.
Wolfe Hall residence staff phoned in a report of a strong odor of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) on Sunday, Feb. 23, at approximately midnight.
Upon the arrival of Campus Police, a strong odor of what seemed to be marijuana was emanating from the reported room. Staff knocked on the door and the resident answered.
He invited Campus Police and staff to come into the room and speak with him. Staff then asked the resident about a red alarm signal outside his room and he said, "Oh, I didn't know anything about it."
He was then questioned about a beer can in plain view sitting on a desk, opened. "It's my beer," the resident said. He was asked if there was more alcohol in the room, and he told them that there was more in the refrigerator.
He was then questioned about the numerous cigarettes that appeared to be marijuana in his ashtray, which was in plain view on the desk. He said, "I want to talk to my lawyer." Campus Police then placed the resident under arrest for possession of CDS and possession of alcohol under the legal age to consume.
He was also advised that Campus Police had probable cause to continue searching his residence. The resident then once again asked to speak with his lawyer.
He was read his Miranda rights. Further investigation revealed a large amount of green vegetation believed to be marijuana, one clear plastic cigar wrapper, which contained a green stem believed to be marijuana, one cigarette also believed to contain marijuana, two packages of rolling papers and numerous plastic bags used to distribute CDS.
All the evidence was collected, transported, marked as evidence and secured in the Campus Police evidence locker.
The resident was advised that he would also be charged with drug paraphernalia and a warrant summons for intent to distribute or disperse. The bail was taken by the Ewing Police Department and the resident was released on his own recognizance. Bail was set at $5,000.
